Jeff and Karen Shelton are the owners of Simply Done Catering and Cupcakes, at 111 Walnut Street in Collierville.
We began Simply Done in 2006 when a friend asked if we could cater a "small" holiday party. That Christmas party for 50 turned into a Christmas party for about 150. The guests loved the food and the party was a huge success. From that first party, other guests wanted us to cater their parties and Simply Done was born.
As husband and wife, working parents, PTA volunteers and business owners, we definitely understand that your time is valuable and that often there is more that needs to be done in a day than there is time to do it. We also know that most of us enjoy a party - and many enjoy entertaining. But, there are a lot of people who either don't have the time or don't know where to start.
That is why Simply Done has been such a great business and why we created this website. With a wide variety of choices - in everything from menus to services, we try to personalize every party, every class and every meal to the very specific needs of that client.
We feel very blessed to have been able to start this business and to have already enjoyed tremendous responses from the number of clients who refer us to friends and family and who call us again and again for their events.
Whether you are hosting a large party, want to have an intimate dinner party for a few close friends, are interested in an in-home cooking class, or just try a few of our cupcakes and take-home meals, we hope this website will inspire you to look at food in a different way and to enjoy all the tastes that can be Simply Done.
